COVID-19 Update: During Phase 4 of the State’s Restore Illinois phased reopening program, Crossroads Real Estate Partners, LLC, is monitoring recommendations and reports from public health officials and the latest guidance from CDC. We continue to recommend and use our current communications protocol with tenants, staff, and vendors, via email, text messaging and phone calls as new requirements are issued. When new applicable guidance is provided by public health officials, we have, and will continue to modify our protocols accordingly. We are encouraging all our tenants to monitor and follow the recommendations the state has established for their type of business through the various agencies. We continue to communicate with tenants about updates to follow CDC guidelines to maintain face coverings, social distancing and follow federal, state and local mandates or recommendations. We also request that our tenants communicate with us about their plans as they move towards reopening. We also continue to work with Owners, and legal counsel to develop criteria for responding to tenant requests for rent or lease term adjustments.
